Double room in Clapham!

Hey! My flatmate is moving out so I am looking for a new flatmate!

I am a 24 year old teacher and am looking to share with a girl in their mid to late 20s. I love going to spin classes, running and seeing friends at the weekend. I am super clean and really value a clean and tidy home. I am out quite a bit at work but would really love to live in a friendly, social house where we could run together or go out for food or to the pub😊

It is a double room in a 2-bed flat, a 5 minute walk to Clapham High Street station and 7 minute walk from Clapham North station (Northern Line).

The room available is a cosy room which just fits a king size bed and has a wardrobe. The room is small but the shared living areas are big so I never found this a problem when in this room. Extra storage available in living room and hallway or under bed.

Flat is on a residential road just off Clapham High Street so loads of options there including a big Sainsburys and lots of small Sainsburys. Lots of restaurants and pubs walking which are distance as well as the common.
