A lovely, quiet, top level room with its own en-suite just off the Common.

You’d be joining a social house of 4 couples - 8 people aged 25-30 -a mix of Aussies, Brits and Kiwis, working in Marketing and Finance. Although that sounds like a lot of people in one house it’s rare it ever feels that way, as the house is split over 4 floors, and with people out during and after work, and often travelling or away for the weekend it’s never very crowded. Plus the room available is really large and with your own bathroom it can feel like you have your own private place.

The house has front door entry, a backyard patio, large living room and large kitchen with two fridges. It’s not a party house, but at the same time we all get on well and do things together from time to time.

The room is fully furnished. Bills are not included however sharing between 8-9 others makes it rather cheap at around £70 per month!

This house is on a quiet street and being on the top floor offers a perfect quiet space to work and chill but also the opportunity to socialise downstairs when in the mood.

The deposit is 5 weeks rent - £1875.

Please do only contact if you can move on or after the date specified, and assume rent will be paid from November 30th. The house lease is a rolling contract renewing in April, but everyone has their own tenancy agreement.
