The house is in a great location with Clapham Common at the end of the road. It’s a 10 minute walk to Clapham South station as well being close to the popular Northcote Road, with a 25 minute walk to Clapham Junction. Also within a close walking distance there is a Sainsburys, Tesco, Marks and Spencer as well as plenty of other shops.
There are two rooms coming up within the house:
Room 1 - a double with plenty of storage thanks to large inbuilt wardrobes and it has a nice big double window facing out the back of the house which means it’s very light. This room is located on the first floor, with a bathroom next door that is shared with the two other bedrooms on this floor. The room will come with a double bed, mattress and small shelving unit. Rent is £883 per month and the room is available from mid-end November.
Room 2 - a big double with lots of space and also comes with an inbuilt wardrobe. There is an en-suite so you’ll also have your own bathroom space. This room also faces out the back of the house so it’s nice and quiet. The room will be left with a double bed frame. Rent is £927 per month and the room is available from early December.
Bills for the house are approx £130 per month.
The house itself is a big period property spread over 4 floors with a huge bright kitchen/dining area at the back which opens up onto the courtyard garden. Towards the front of the house is a large lounge which opens onto an open plan space.
We are a sociable household aged between 29-33, and often work from home and so someone is usually about during the day. We enjoy doing sociable things together, whether it’s the pub, going out for meals or going to events. We all also respect each other’s space and we are looking for someone friendly, tidy and sociable to fit in with the current dynamic.
