Excellent transport links: Enjoy convenient access to London with a quick 20-minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to Clapham South or Balham stations. You will be living with three other young male professionals in their 20s: Zach (27), Ben (25), and Will (24). Since the current household is all-male, we are looking for another male tenant to maintain the current dynamic.

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👌
