I’ve been in the flat for over 5 years now, the past 4 years with my housemate who I met on SpareRoom. She is moving out to explore North London and be closer to work.
My landlord is incredible, one of the main reasons I’ve stayed in the flat, alongside such great value rent and heating being included in that!
I'm 30 years old and time is split WFH and in the office. Looking for someone who is the same or predominantly office based.
Looking for someone that is clean and tidy, I really look after the flat so would like someone with the same mind set.
I'm relatively chilled in the week and then like to go out at the weekend. I enjoy cooking, going for runs, but also spending time in the flat catching up on TV.
It is a ground floor flat in a newish development. All the entrance doors are with key cards so very safe. You have to go through 2 lobby doors before getting to the front door.
Flat has a small terrace area with table and chairs that the living room and room for rent open out onto. Other aspect of the flat looks out onto a gated garden.
The flat is modern, clean, in great condition and the bedroom has minimal decoration so the room can be personalised to how you like it. Super quiet too and a small hallway separates the two bedrooms and family bathroom (which I use) so it does feel private.
Lots of handy storage in the flat, hidden cupboards which are perfect for shoes, winter coats etc. No furniture is needed, bedroom and flat is fully furnished.
Easy 13 mins walk from Clapham South tube. If going out in clapham high street/old town area jump on the bus as it takes under 5 mins, no need to walk on dark nights.
There are parking spaces, permits are approx £40 the year.
Rent is £950 a month, this includes heating.
Wi-Fi, electricity and council tax are approx £130 a month and water comes in every 6 months.
