I am moving out of our 4 bedroom house in Clapham Junction. The house is a terraced house with a huge living room and kitchen, basement with a washer/dryer and a garden. It sits around the corner from Clapham Common and 5 mins from Wandsworth Common with a Gail’s at the end of the road.

£1350/pm (excluding bills) - large room with an en suite bathroom and its own floor at the top of the house and lots of natural sunlight.

The house and housemates: Sharing with three girls in their twenties. We have all been really keen to make this house a home so we want someone who want to be friends, have some nights together as a house and just generally enjoy living here together.
