More of a home than a house in Clapham South

Hello!

This house share is more a home than most. Three professional females, sociable but also with their own lives, friends and interests. We seek a flatmate who is tidy, friendly, social and ideally around the same age. While we don’t socialise in each other’s pockets, we do have bbqs, Sunday roasts, and watch the latest crime thrillers together, so would like someone who wants a friendly home environment.

The room is a double ( king bed with drawers built in for storage), on the top floor facing out onto the garden. It comes with a bedside tables, big double mirrored wardrobe and a large chest of drawers.

The house has a separate living room and kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) and two bathrooms, one with a full bath. There is a conservatory too which we use to store bikes and workout equipment! The garden is a sun trap and is well kept, ideal for bbqs.

We have 5 bedrooms in total which puts us in a lucky position of having a spare room. This is used as a study on the work from home days and as a guest room when needed.

Bills are £196.75pm (included in total shown) and include wifi, energy, weekly cleaner, council tax and house essentials. We interact directly with the property owners which means any fixtures or other requirements are swiftly taken care of, and they are lovely to deal with.

We are a 7 minute walk from Clapham South in the delightful Abbeville village.
