I am very sad to be moving out of this fab little flat in Clapham North to go travelling!
Rent is super cheap at £667 per month (bills not included, around £100-£120 per month).
Move in date is officially 12 December but I’ll be moving out on 8th so available from 9th.
Flat is 5 mins from Clapham North/ 10 mins from Stockwell station.
The contract is rolling so no minimum/maximum stay, just need to replace yourself when you move out.
Would be living with two fab gals. Kat, 26 works for the civil service and Michaela, 26 physio from Canada. We all get on really well and chill together in the flat as well as go to the pub together so looking for someone on the same vibe.
