Double room in Clapham South

Hiya,

We're looking for a new housemate as sadly our current housemate is moving back to New Zealand. We're super keen on finding a fun, sociable person to welcome to our home. We currently have a good vibe in the house so ideally you'd be someone that's up for the odd Netflix binge or trip to the pub.

You'll be living with:
- Alice a 30y. o. from Australia who works as a Physiotherapist. I enjoy watching and playing sport, travelling and checking out new places to explore in London

- Sarah, a 28 year old originally from Australia. I work as an account manager at a media agency. Outside of work, I love the gym, a hot girl walk with a podcast, a good book and travelling.

The rent is £735 plus about £100 for bills. All the furniture pictured is included minus the large mirror. The room is a large enough size to wfh a few days a week if required. The room will be available from 17th December.

The flat has a good sized, semi open plan living room with a small balcony. We’re about a ten minute walk from Clapham South station, which has a large Tesco and a few bars, and then roughly 15-20 mins from Clapham Common and Balham which have plenty of bars, pubs and gyms. Plus there are busses that go into Brixton and Stockwell from the end of the road.

You’ll also need to be in full time employment to pass the landlord’s referencing so unfortunately students won’t be accepted.
