I’m moving out my flat and need someone to take over my lease from the 17th of November.
It is a very large room with en-suite, balcony and built in wardrobe with designated space for a desk. It also comes equipped with king size bed and frame.
The flat itself is split across four levels with a bedroom and garage on the bottom floor. A separate kitchen and lounge with French doors leading to a patio on the 1st floor. Two further bedrooms on the second floor. Finally a roof terrace with furniture and a view of the London skyline.
I’ve lived with my flatmates for roughly a year now having met them on spare room and it couldn’t have worked out better. Bella and Harry are a couple a stay in the downstairs room while Ruby stays in the other room. The ages are between 24 and 25, everyone is social and utilises the communal spaces to chill/cook dinner, and enjoys going out at the weekend. Whilst also remaining professional during the week any respecting each others spaces.
It is a perfect location hidden just off the high street so you don’t hear the noise but close enough to be right round the corner from all the amenities. Including the common and the station just 5 minutes away
