Room on Abbeville Road available - 21st December

I am moving out of this lovely house as I’m moving in with my boyfriend! We are looking for a fourth person to join our beautiful house around 21st December, can be earlier if needed.

The House
- Beautiful Victorian 4 bed house on Abbeville Road, right by Abbeville Village!
- 4 stories with bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd & 3rd Floors
- 3 shared bathrooms (a bonus between 4 people)
- 5–10-minute walk to Clapham Common Tube Station (Northern Line)
- Plenty of bus connections to Brixton, Clapham Junction and Battersea
- Large Sainsburys Supermarket a 5-minute walk away
- Plenty of shared living space including a living room, dining room and kitchen
- Washing Machine in the kitchen
- Large Private garden
- A cleaner who comes once every two weeks which we all contribute towards
- Dishwasher & washing machine

The Room
-A very spacious bedroom on the 3rd Floor
-Double bed with mattress
-A standing wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table
-Bedroom overlooks the garden at the back of the house, so very quiet at night

The housemates
-Sarah 30, urban planner and works from home occasionally
-Toni 28, currently doing a clinical psychology PHD and works from home one day a week
-Orla 31, works in recruitment from home 2/3 days a week

About you
-We are looking for someone a similar age range – a 28-32 year old female (no one younger please!!)
-We want someone who is very easy going and would treat this house like a home
-We all have quite busy schedules but also like to spend time together in the house if we are having a quiet night in with a glass of wine
-We would also like someone who is clean and tidy, and respectful of the communal living spaces

Move in date
- 21st December but can be flexible if early move in date works better
- Rent: £945
- Bills: around £150 (in winter, cheaper in summer)
- Mariya our lovely cleaner is £17.50 per person every 2 weeks. She cleans all communal spaces AND bedrooms
- Deposit : ~£1000
