Spacious Double Room Available in Clapham!

Hello! I’m moving out of my room in this fantastic shared flat due to work, and we're looking for someone to take my place. Located on Northcote Road, there is plenty of shops, bars, gyms and coffee shops within a short distance. Clapham junction is a 10 minute walk away and Clapham South is a 15 minute walk away. The house holds a lot of natural light and is spacious.

The Room:
Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk if needed.
Bright, airy, and spacious, with plenty of natural light.

The Flat:
3-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom (you’ll share with 1 other), fully-equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine) and cozy living area (tv has sky, Netflix, Disney, Amazon and Apple TV all already paid for and not included in the bills).

You’ll be living with two professionals aged 25, both friendly and sociable. I’ve lived with them for 1 and half years now and they’re great guys. One is an accountant the other a software engineer.

Location:
Just off northcote road with tons of cafes, shops, restaurant and bars. It’s a really good area.

Other nearby perks: between Clapham and Wandsworth common both within 5 minutes walking distance is great for nature walks.

Move-in date: January 4th 2025 but I am open to earlier or later if you need.
