Clapham - 1 Month Sublet - 28/11 to 30/12

A double bedroom in Clapham available for sublet between the 28th November and 30th December (possibility to get a shorter let if required!)

Includes all bills - gas, electricity, broadband, council tax, and water.

I'll be travelling between these two dates and hoping to recuperate some of the funds instead of having an empty room!

It's approximately just over a five minutes walk from both Clapham Common station and Clapham North station - super close to all the key amenities in Clapham!

Spacious double room with a WFH set-up and plenty of storage space! There is also a wardrobe that I currently don't use (but can move it back into the room if required).

You’ll be sharing the house with two other boys (Jordan and Oscar) and sharing the bathroom with just one of them! We have a big open living room / kitchen area. The building is super modern and well isolated - it's a gated property!
