En-suite Room in Clapham South

We are looking for a fun, tidy and sociable girl (age 26-30) to take over our friends room, who is moving out with her Partner after 2 years living here. The flat is a stunning split level 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property with plenty of space, and furnished. Located only a 10 min walk from Clapham South (around 20 to Clapham Junction). Rent is £1170pm plus bills (around £100-150pm depending on the time of year). The room is a double bed, spacious room with an en-suite bathroom. Move in date is 5th December. The lease runs to 31st May 2025, where we can potentially renew on a rolling basis, depending on what the landlord decides (we have a great relationship with him). Most importantly, we’re looking for someone to be friends with and not just housemates, someone who’s sociable and will join us for a glass of wine or a game of monopoly deal in the evening. We’d also love someone who works from the office some days of the week. Being tidy and house proud is really important to us so we’d love someone who will muck in with the chores and keep the place nice.

You will be living with Katie (27, F) and Ellen (28, F). Katie works for an influencer marketing agency and Ellen works as an accountant. We met as housemates but we’re now great friends and enjoy nights out together or a Sunday reformer Pilates.
