Hello! After a great year and a half, I'm moving out of a cozy, three-bedroom apartment with a garden in Clapham South. You'll be living with Amelia and Hattie, both in their mid/late twenties, just around the corner from Abbeville Road.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The apartment has three bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a separate, cozy kitchen with an island. One of its best qualities is its incredible soundproofing—no noise from the living room in the bedrooms.
There’s one bathroom, an additional toilet, and a little garden (which needs some care after summer growth!).

FLATMATES: AMELIA & HATTIE
- Hattie works in finance, and when she’s not working, you’ll find her running with social clubs or playing tennis and padel.
- Amelia works in design, specialising in interior design for UK retail spaces. Just taking a look at her room, you can understand how good she is! She loves Pilates but is also up for a run.

Located on Trouville Road in Clapham South, it’s a 10-minute walk to Clapham South Station and Clapham Common Park. Abbeville Road is just around the corner with:
- Cozy coffee shops: Nue Ground (a must-visit, with a Pilates and Yoga studio) and Gail’s (perfect for sourdough!)
- Grocery shops: Sainsbury’s, Coop and The Green Shop if you’re looking for something more organic and fancy
- Pubs: The Abbeville—great food and vibe
- Restaurants: Osteria Toscana – lovely Italian spot

VARIABLE COSTS
- Electricity & Gas: Billed per usage (ranges from around £40 in summer to £150 in winter, split per person)

- Gardener: During summer only (split per person)

DEPOSIT: £1,016.66
To secure the room, a payment of £500 is required, which will start the referencing process with Foxtons. The remaining £516.66 is due by Sunday 8th December.
