Description

Hi everyone

We’re looking for someone to replace one of our current flatmates who is sadly moving out on 7th of December. You would be sharing the house with Shane from Ireland, Susana from Australia and Sam from England. We all have our own lives going on but also quite social with each other when we’re at home together.

We’re looking for a male or female who is 25+ and in full time employment. No students sorry! Must be LGBT friendly and clean, tidy and respectful of the house.

About the house:
- 4 bedroom house situated on a quiet road, located 5 mins from Clapham South tube and 12 mins from Balham station and plenty of amenities (bars/restaurants/shops) close by
- Clapham Common located just at the end of the street!
- Open plan living room/kitchen area
- 2 bathrooms (1 small WC downstairs, and sharing the large upstairs bathroom with Shane and Sam)
- Garden/terrace

Price: 900£ including all bills and bi-monthly cleaner.
Deposit: 375£
Minimum stay: 2 months
Maximum stay: open ended (landlord may sell at some point next year)

Please message with some information about yourself and your interests, what you do for work and what you are looking for and we will get back to you 😊
