I’m looking for someone to share my new flat with. After house sharing for the past 8 years in and around Clapham, I’ve just bought the flat and am keen to find a like-minded flatmate.

Here’s what’s on offer:

* The Room: A small double room with a brand-new Ottoman bed and chest of drawers (great for extra storage). There’s heaps of overhead storage too, plenty of natural light, and space to make it your own. It’s best suited to someone who works in the office rather than from home, as there’s currently no wfh set up.

* The Location: Equal distance to Clapham North, Stockwell, and Clapham High Street stations. You’ve got the Victoria and Northern lines on your doorstep (especially handy if, like me, you’re frequently running late for work).

* The Area: You’ll have plenty of supermarkets nearby (Lidl, Sainsbury’s, and Iceland), a gym just across the road, and a great local pub that hosts quiz nights.

* The Flat: Modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a brand-new bathroom and all the usual amenities.

* A little about me: I’m 30, easy-going and clean & tidy. I work full-time in Victoria in finance and am usually out a couple of evenings a week.

About you:

I’m looking for someone who is going to look after the flat, enjoys a good pub trip and is looking for a home rather than just a room.

The Details: 
Rent is £1000/month, including bills, with a £500 deposit.
