Room available in property guardianship

Hello everyone

Room available in property guardianship in a council flats

So property guardian is slightly different from normal tenancy but not much different in this case. These are council flats that at one point are going to get taken down. This is not in the near future. Minimum of 12 to 18 months was mentioned. We are on a month by month contract and have to pay for all the bills.

Here are the rules for guardianship
Be 21 years old or over

Be in full time employment/self-employed, earning £18K or more per annum – We do not accept Students.

Be a responsible individual who is happy to live a flexible lifestyle

Understand the differences between Property Guardianship and a Tenancy Agreement

Be prepared to move in within 5 working days from the property viewin

I've got furniture and appliances for kitchen and living room. Just need to be installed

The contract has a few rules, main ones are no parties and anti social behaviour, no subletting and conducting business
