Moving out of this lovely, couple friendly house in Clapham South as I’m traveling in the new year.

The room is well sized and is furnished (see pictures).

There is a shared living and dining space, alongside a very large kitchen.

Located 5-10 minute walk from Clapham South tube station, 20 minutes from Clapham Junction, and right on the common.

The other house mates are a mix of social singles and couples in their twenties.

Bills are £40-50 a month, including council tax, electric, wifi, water, tv license and a cleaner that comes fortnightly.

For couples, the room is £1300. For single occupants, the room is £1050 PCM.
