I am moving out of the property and looking for someone to replace me as I will be moving in with my partner.
Currently there are 3 people living in the property. It is a mix of students and professionals. Due to everyone having different timetables we do not spend a lot of time together but everyone is extremely friendly and respectful.
The price includes all bills + a cleaning service of the common areas twice a month at £850
