I have a nice, cosy double room available to rent in a two bed/one bath flat share in Clapham South.

My housemate, Hannah (22) is a kind and thoughtful person to share with, she is social and looking to make friends after recently moving to London. She loves to read and is into running plus recently joined a badminton club. She is currently working as a Flood Risk Consultant in central London, with one day working from home.

The room itself is a double, with lots of natural light and space to comfortably work from home. It comes partially furnished with a big cupboard so you can really make it your own. The rest of the flat is semi-furnished, I will be selling off some furniture including the bed & mattress and happy to offer it to the person who will be taking the room for a reasonable price.
