🏡The house is over 3 floors, it is spacious and bright. It is beautifully decorated as is very homely and cosy which makes it a lovely place to live. The house has two bathrooms including a washer and dryer. A big kitchen with a dining area which we tend to use 99% of the time over the separate dining room as well as a lounge with loads of seating and a TV.
🪴We also have a Garden that gets sunlight all day, which is great for hosting.
🛌 Room is a spacious double room on the top floor of the house. It has plenty of storage, space for a desk to work from home and a large wardrobe. Note: Happy to leave all the furniture, drawers, desks etc. for you to use.

👫I'm subletting to spend a bit more time at home with family post Christmas. You’ll be living with Tom (30), Lauren (28), Carmel (27) and Honor (28). They're all professionals working in Finance, Tech and Recruitment with a 50:50 split of wfh & heading into the office. As a house we like to do our own things and see our own friends, but do enjoy having an occasional dinner/movie night/house when all in! Looking for someone who will keep it clean & tidy while enjoying staying there.
