Double bedroom in 2 bed flat

Looking for someone to fill my spare bedroom! Available from 14th March but pretty flexible on move in dates.

Location:
It’s a spacious flat on a quiet road in walking distance of both Clapham Common tube station and Wandsworth Road overground. There’s also really good bus links to Clapham junction, Nine Elms and Vauxhall station.

Flat:
The room is a double bedroom with a good size wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also space for a desk if needed.

The flat is bright and spacious, it really feels like a home rather than a typical share. There is a separate living room with a working fireplace for cosy winter evenings, and a separate dining room, so there’s always plenty of space. The bathroom is shared between the two of us, and there’s a small garden off the kitchen. I have a cleaner every other week to help keep on top of everything, and it’s all bills included to keep everything simple .

I do have a dog, a 6 month golden retriever, she’s very friendly, loves people, and she’s fairly well trained but she is young so this room would suit someone who’s genuinely happy to live with a dog.

About me:
I’m a 27yr professional, who’s in the office usually 2 days a week. I love to cook and do the occasional dinner party, but also to chill and go to gym classes at the weekend. Ideally I’m looking for someone around the same age who’s tidy, friendly and happy to add to the homely vibes.
