Large Double room with Shower in Clapham

Hello,
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I am having to move out of my room. The room is very big and is perfect for working remotely. It includes a shower and a sink (yes, random) but they are so handy.

The house is very social all super friendly people who have been a joy to live with. There is a very cosy shared living room, large kitchen with two fridges and full amenities. We have a cleaner that comes fortnightly and a large garden for summer.

It’s a short walk to Wandsworth road station and a 10 min walk to Clapham Common where there is a hive of bars, shops and restaurants. The house is about a 30 minute commute including walking to central London.

There are currently 6 in the house, 3 gals and 3 guys. As I am moving out, the preference here is a Male to keep the balance.
Lucy, 29 is the queen of the home who is super friendly and always available to chat. She is doing a PHD in psychology atm.
Niels, 33 is Dutch. A Hello Fresh king and a professional shower performer. He is an interior designer.
Dylan, 31 is Welsh masterclass. Loves cooking stew and works remotely as something fancy in Business systems.
Beth, 27 is our most recent addition to the house. She is the life of the party and works hybrid as an economist.
Georgia, 26 is our Aussie gal. She loves anything Music and is always up for a laugh. She works as a restaurant manager.

I really couldn’t offer more in house, it’s been a pleasure and also the rent is very cheap for the area.
