Large Double Bed & Open Plan communal Clapham

Myself and 2 other flatmates are looking for one person to fill the large double bedroom in our flat.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from Clapham High Street and Clapham North stations. If you’re familiar with Clapham you’ll know everything you need is on the high street and this is a great location for access!

The 3 current housemates are all working professionals and mid 20’s. We’re looking for another working professional to be able to fill the room from the 19th of January. The house is sociable and we’re all into football, sports, gym, going for drinks and each cook a meal for the rest of the flat once a week which saves everyone time and money. If you think you’d be a good fit please tell us a bit about yourself.

There is a private garden with pub bench as well as an open plan kitchen and living room. There’s one shared bathroom with a tub/shower.

Please note you must be willing to sign for the 19th Jan. The min term is 3 months however this is a new contract and there will be the option to extend for 12.
