Double Room in sociable 4-bed House Share!

I’m moving out after getting a new job so my double room is now available in this amazing Clapham house. I’m very sad to leave but you’ll be living with 1 girl and 2 boys aged between 24-29 who are great!

My housemates (Dan/Tom/Phoebe) are all professionals working busy jobs in central London. They’re looking for a chilled and sociable 4th housemate who’s up for having a drink together after a long week at work, enjoys doing things as a house but also has their own life too.

You’ll be moving into an active household as we’re all big into sports from football to running to triathlons and everything in between.

The house is modern, has a driveway for parking, an amazing garden (especially in the summer) as well as a spacious kitchen and living/dining room areas.
Because the guys are usually in the office, I have a great WFH setup downstairs which they’re all cool with!

Room comes furnished with the double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and can sell the wardrobe if interested.

All bills are around £90 a month which includes electricity, gas, water, council tax and WiFi.

Room will be available from Sunday 9th February. Rent is £1075 per month and deposit is £1220.
