👫I'm subletting to spend a bit more time with family. You’ll be living with Tom (30), Lauren (28), Carmel (27) and Honor (28). They're all professionals working in Finance, Tech and Recruitment with a 50:50 split of wfh & heading into the office.
🛌The Room is a large double room on the top floor of the house. It has plenty of storage, space for a desk to work from home and a large wardrobe. I'm happy to leave all the furniture, drawers, desks etc. for you to use.
🏡The house is over 3 floors, it is spacious and bright. It is beautifully decorated as is very homely and cosy which makes it a lovely place to live. There's two bathrooms including a washer and dryer, with the second bathroom in the picture used by the top floor bedroom. There's a big kitchen with a dining area which we tend to use 99% of the time over the separate dining room as well as a lounge with loads of seating and a TV. As a house we like to do our own things and see our own friends, but do enjoy an occasional dinner/movie night when the house is all in! Looking for someone who will keep it clean & tidy while enjoying staying there.
🪴We also have a Garden that gets sunlight all day.
