After nearly 4 years I’m moving out of my lovely room at the end of this years contract ending on the 8th November. Looking to help current flatmates out by finding someone nice and friendly to take the room for the next year. Getting the advert up early to let any interest come in!

🏡 The Details:
🛏 The Room – Double room at top of the house with plenty of storage, a large wardrobe, and space for a desk (great for WFH!). Included in the room is the bed and mattress, white chest of drawers, large wardrobe and TV shelving unit.

👫 The Housemates – You’ll be living with Sophie (26), Honor (28), and 2 new housemates. All friendly professionals working in Finance, Tech, and Recruitment. The house has a balanced mix of WFH and office days.

🏠 The House – Spread over three floors, it’s bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it a cosy and homely place to live (hence why I’ve been here for 4 years!). There are two bathrooms, including a washer and dryer. The second bathroom (pictured) is mainly used by this top-floor bedroom. The kitchen has a dining area, and we tend to use that more than the separate dining room. There’s also a comfy lounge with plenty of seating and a TV.

🌱 The Garden – Gets sunlight all day—great for relaxing in the warmer months!

As a house, we all have our own social lives but enjoy the occasional dinner or movie night together. Looking for someone who’ll keep the place clean and tidy while making the most of the space.
