Our home is part of a luxury gated community built in 2021 and specced to an exceptional standard. It’s one of five houses in this exclusive development, offering modern, high-end living. The property has four bedrooms, four bathrooms split over three floors, built-in speakers in every room and underfloor heating for ultimate comfort.

Shared Spaces:
Open-plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Area: This vast, open-plan space on the ground floor features an 85-inch TV and a sleek kitchen fitted with high-spec appliances. Perfect for relaxing or hosting.

- The Man Cave: The ultimate entertainment space. Think private cinema, racing simulator, bar, and a dual desk setup for work or gaming. It’s where we unwind or chill.

- Utility Room: Equipped with a washer/dryer and a designated beer fridge.

Situated 10 mins walk from Clapham South, we’re perfectly positioned for transport, local amenities, and all the great restaurants, bars, and shops the Clapham Common area offers.

The Housemates
We’re three guys in our late 20s, all working professionals who enjoy a relaxed and respectful vibe.

We like exploring new places to eat, catching shows, and chilling at the pub. At the weekend, you’ll find us on the golf course or watching the football on the projector with a few beers.
