Spacious Double in Clapham

Spacious, bright and comfortable room less than 5 mins from Clapham Common available from the 25th of Jan.

Sadly our much loved housemate has had to leave our year contract early to go to pastures new HOWEVER this leaves a great opportunity for one lucky individual to live with the 3 of us in our lovely Clapham home. The contract would run until the 31st Sept. 2025 but obviously we could discuss potential extensions / renewals past this point.

A little bit about us; we're all 24 year old professionals working around the city (Moorgate, Old street and London bridge). Myself and Olli both work for different marketing agencies and Helena works as a paralegal. We've been living together for just over 3 months now and it's been great - social when it needs to be but also respectful of peoples need for along time. We love a good flat roast or trip to the pub but more than open to try new things as well!
