My partner and I are leaving our 1 bedroom flat in Clapham and are looking for a lovely person or couple to take over our contract that runs until the 2nd of July 2026. The reason for us leaving this flat is that we are moving out of the UK. Otherwise we would have gladly stayed, it’s a perfect place to call home.

The flat has a large living room with a sofa and a tv cabinet, a double bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a separate kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a lot of storage + a seperate closet with a washing machine and freezer. It also has a lovely courtyard that is shared with the neighbours, perfect for an outdoor dinner in summer.

It is located 2 mins away from the Common a 10 mins walk away from Clapham Common Station. The area is very lively and has everything to offer: bars, restaurants, theatres, a cinema, nightclubs, gyms, etc…

Rent is £1775 per month
As for the bills, they’re around £300 (electricity/gas, wifi, water, council tax).
