Double room available in super convenient location, sharing with 3 other lovely housemates. 2 mins to Clapham Common station, 6 mins to Clapham High Street overground station, so many restaurants and pubs etc right on the doorstep.

Available for all of February and March, can move in from 25th if absolutely necessary. Payment required upfront for both month's rent at £650 per month.

The room gets lots of natural light and has an outside door leading to the stairs down to the enclosed garden (no street at the rear so very safe and the garden isn't used by other housemates). Furnished with bed and wardrobe. Space for desk. Sharing a large bathroom with two other housemates. Homely shared living area.

Sharing with Rose (30), Conor (27) and Chloe (28). All professionals working 9-5 primarily from the office and looking for a housemate with the same schedule who will enjoy a relaxed, happy and safe environment during the week and be mindful of keeping each other in the loop if any get togethers are planned at the weekend in the flat.
