We have 2 bedrooms to rent in our recently renovated house in Clapham (between Clapham Junction and Clapham South).

Ideally looking for somebody/a couple to take both bedrooms and use one as their bedroom and the other as a sitting room/office/etc. Both rooms are situated on the same floor and you would have your own bathroom.

The house itself has 4 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and dining room, a garden and large sitting room.

Price: £2,400 including bills for both rooms.

- £1,100 inc bills - smaller bedroom

You would be sharing with my girlfriend and me (two girls in late 20s/early 30s).
