Spare double room in Clapham South!

A three bedroom flat in Clapham South (less than a 10 min walk to Clapham South Station)! My flatmate and I are both 24/25 y/o and work in the legal sector (she is currently studying to become a barrister)!

We are both very easy going and are absolutely loving our time in Clapham! Both She and I come and go from the flat a lot (I work in Liverpool Street tuesday through thursday and she spends time studying at the library or at her boyfriends some nights)! All we ask is to keep communal spaces clean however, other than that we would love someone to go for pub trips/ wine and crochet movie nights or even to go to brunch with occasionally! Both of us also like our space so don’t worry if you also like time to yourself!

The flat has a lovely living room with big windows and a separate kitchen with a breakfast table! The flat also has two separate bathrooms (only one having a shower/ bath in it). The room has a double bed/ a chest of drawers/ a wardrobe and some shelves embedded into the wall. The room doesn’t have a desk but the living room has a lovely round table to work on or you may wish to remove the chest of drawers in your room and insert a desk (which you are more than welcome to do if you are happy to pay for a desk)! It will be your house too so feel free to bring whatever you like/ add your own spin to the communal areas so you feel as comfy as we do!! We love filling the house with homely bright things so the more the merrier!

Bills are currently £39
Council tax is around £90

We do have a cleaner that comes round twice a month on a Saturday morning and that will be £25 each for both cleans a month!
