Double bedroom in estate

GUARDIAN – Small Double Room Available.

Flat just was professionally deep cleaned mid January.

Pros:
- Cheap rent - no council tax
- Close to Brixton and Clapham Junction
- I’m barely there, like 2 days a month
- I furnished the place (not the room tho, has a broken bed in it)

Cons:
- Old estate building with poor isolation
- Management is helpless, can’t rely on them
- top up bills at the corner shop like in the 90s
- 4th floor no lift
- Guardians, not tenants (look it up to see if that fits you)

Preferably looking for a man in his 30s, student or pro doesn’t matter to me, drama free and clean to keep the same dynamic. w friendly is a must, can’t deal with a closed minded Karen.

Expected monthly bills to share from £150-£200
Deposit is 1 month rent

Bed left by the previous guardian is falling apart so might need replacement.
