Hello! Sadly, I’m leaving this beautiful terraced house in Clapham to travel at the end of the year. The house is really spacious and has four bedrooms, a stud, and a gorgeous garden—perfect for summer evenings, if you work from home and hosting. The house has a lovely, light-filled living area, a modern kitchen with plenty of space to cook and entertain, and a cozy vibe throughout.

You’d be living with three great housemates: a Canadian girl who’s a cardio sonographer, an American girl studying at LSE, and a British girl who’s a lawyer. We’re all friendly and enjoy a chat, but everyone also has their own space and respects each other’s downtime.

We’re in a great location, close to transport links, parks, and cafés/pubs/ shops near northcote road. Rent is £1350 per month, with bills around £100 (way cheaper in the summer). I am flexible with the start date, so if you’re interested, let me know—I’m happy to share photos or arrange a viewing!
