Looking for a flatmate for this double room in Clapham. The rent price is lower than the average in the area as this is a guardianship property. Please note this room comes unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is furnished. The walls in the bedroom have recently been repainted.
The flat is on the first floor. There is a shared spacious living room with a balcony and you can apply for a parking permit with the council if needed. Will be sharing with just me and I am only looking for one other person to share the flat with so please no couples apply.
The term for the room is monthly rolling and you may need to carry out referencing and sign up with the building management company so please preferably apply if you are a professional (no students). Prefer someone who isn’t working from home full time (I’m out about half the time myself), no pets, keeps the place tidy, respectful and is friendly.
The rent for the room is £500 per month and we will split the bills on top (should be around £125-150 each pcm). Gas boiler with radiators and low energy lighting throughout. The council tax band is C.
