Looking for a flatmate for this double room in Clapham. The rent price is lower than the average in the area as this is a guardianship property, it is a bit worn down in places and there is a building site next door (only operates 9am-5pm during the weekdays). Please note this room comes unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is furnished. The picture of the room available has pink walls but this has recently been painted off white.

The flat is on the first floor. There is a shared spacious living room with a balcony and you can apply for a parking permit with the council. Will be sharing with just me and I am only looking for one other person to share the flat with so please no couples apply.

The term for the room is monthly rolling and you may need to carry out referencing and sign up with the building management company so please preferably apply if you are a professional (no students). Prefer someone who isn’t working from home full time (I’m out about half the time myself), no pets, keeps the place tidy, respectful, easy going and is friendly.

The rent for the room is £500 per month and we will split the bills on top (should be around £150 each). Gas boiler with radiators and low energy lighting throughout. The council tax band is C.
