I’m sadly leaving this social house to move in with my girlfriend, so looking for someone to take my place.

- Open-plan kitchen and dining area with bifold doors leading to a lovely garden – perfect for summer BBQs.
- Separate living room at the front of the house.
- Shared bathroom with just one other housemate.

The Location

- Prime Battersea Rise location – surrounded by bars, restaurants, and cafes.
- Excellent transport links – just a 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction Station.
- Tesco is 2 minutes away, with Asda and Lidl less than 10 minutes for bigger shops.

The Housemates

You’ll be living with two working professionals in their late 20s – both easygoing, sociable, and up for pub trips, BBQs, and Sunday roasts, but also respectful of personal space.
