Studio for rent in detached Clapham house

Hello,

I am looking to find someone to rent a studio in my parent’s house.
We have had lodgers in this room for the past 25 years. The kitchen is brand new, the room has also just been repainted. You will be sharing a bathroom with me and my boyfriend. We live between London and Wiltshire so hopefully you’ll have the bathroom to yourself quite a bit. As well as the studio, you’re very welcome to use our very large garden whenever you like. We have two very sweet small dogs who will love playing with you but equally you can completely ignore. The location is brilliant as it is a 10 minute walk from Stockwell for the Victoria line but also within 5 minutes of Clapham North for the northern line. We are also close to larkhall park, Clapham Common etc.

Although we wouldn’t be using your room when you aren’t there, we are ideally looking for someone who would like it for 4 nights per week. If you are there for the occasional full week, it’d be completely fine. It would suit someone who lives outside of london but needs to be in the office a few days a week.
