We are looking for someone:
- clean and quiet who will look after the place
- who'd like a quiet place to relax after work (or work at while WFH)
- Term (min 9 months) (ideally a year or longer)
- We do not bring guests over (so we don't come home to a partying house)
- who is good with pets. We have a puppy

Property is a 60 seconds' walk to the park (Clapham Common). Yet, located on a quiet residential street. Convenient for morning or lunch time work out (perfect for WFH days).
9 min walk to Clapham Common station. Or a 3 min bus ride.
Bills:
- gas and electricity (about £49 per person per month)
- cleaner (£15 per person every 2 weeks)
- other general consumables (e. g. toilet paper)
