Huge double in Clapham North

Hi all,

I’m sadly vacating my room, as I’m moving in with a friend from uni that just came back from Aus. It’s available from 8th June till 7th August 2026.

The room comes fully furnished and with a built in wardrobe. It fits a large table and so is ideal for those looking for wfh space. Bills are about £120 monthly.

The flat was renovated a year ago with new kitchen and bathroom. It comes with ample amount of storage space. It’s super close to all amenities, 5 minutes away from the tube, pubs, PureGym and Clapham high street. It’s also only 10 minutes away from the common.

You’ll be living with Jack and Tom:

Jack (26) is an engineer that works full time in the office, usually found playing his guitar, coding, gaming or attending gigs. He’s also an avid snowboarder.

Tom (28) is a project manager working 3 days a week hybrid. He’s a keen runner and is big into football.

Both lads are sound, are sociable and down for an occasional pint but also have their own things going. They’re looking for someone on a similar wave length.
