Room available in Clapham South with 3 young professionals.

£770 per month for rent, plus bills on top come to about £845 each month. The rent is increasing slightly in August when the tenancy is renewed. £1000 deposit is required.

The house:

We're on a quiet, gated street on a residential road inside a school (feels very safe), which means there's always spare parking if you need. Only 5 min walk to Clapham south station for the Northern line.

It's 3 levels, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, gas stove, air-fryer, washer and drier and our own big garden!

There's a big living room, with massive TV and sofa (and all the streaming services), plus 2 desks to work from home (1 desk is for you!)

The bedroom:

The room comes with a bed, it's a single bed that extends into a double bed if needed. (IKEA FLEKKE - Day-bed frame with 2 drawers). There is also a wardrobe and plenty of storage downstairs too!

You have a view of the garden and share a full-sized bathroom with only 1 other girl.

Housemates:

You'll be joining Hugh (27), Cormac (29), Nina (26). Everyone is super friendly and great housemates to live with. The house occasionally host BBQ’s and are always up for a chat/film in the living room!

This is to join the lease, and so you'll need proof of employment and references to pass the real-estate checks. Looking for someone ASAP as I’ll be moving in with my boyfriend in the next couple of weeks. Please let me know if you’d like to view the room and meet the house x
