This is in such a good location, right opposite Clapham Common park and a 15/20 min walk to either Clapham Common or Clapham Junction Station.
Rent is £1,200 and bills is around £130 a month. We also get a cleaner in as well so a little bit extra for that.
The flat was rented unfurnished but we have furnished it all with our own things. There is a bed and a desk in the room which you can keep. It comes with a built in wardrobe too.
Two of the girls are moving out and we’ve filled one of the rooms, so it’s just this one left to fill.
