Hello! I am seeking a new housemate as my current one is moving out in August. I am looking for another female professional, 25-35yo.

Available is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower and toilet. There is a built-in closet and the room comes fully furnished (bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wall-mounted shelves). It is located on the half-story, between the ground and first floor. The window faces the back garden.

THE HOUSE 🏠✨
A 2 bedroom ground floor garden apartment in traditional Victorian terraced house. The living room looks onto the street, with a bay window and tall ceilings. Comfy sofa and potted plants included! There is a separate closet room for the washing machine. The kitchen is kitted with a fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher, separate under the counter freezer and dryer machine. There is also a ground floor communal bathroom with shower bathtub. The back garden has a patio, a planted border and a lovely cherry tree. The property is in Council Tax Band D.

THE HOUSEMATES 👧🏻🐶
You would be living with me, Ling, a 29-year old female professional and my 1.5yo dog. Prospective housemates MUST be comfortable and happy to live with a dog! I am a laid-back, calm and quiet person, preferring to be home most of the time (outside of work) where you will usually catch me working on my projects/hobbies (cooking, baking, painting, sewing, dog training etc.). I am not a party girl and prefer to turn in for bed earlier rather than later, but I do occasionally like to host for friends/family and cook up a feast. If it sounds like we would be compatible, I'd love to hear from you!

THE AREA 📍
The house is located on a quiet residential street just off of Northcote Road, which has a variety of shops, eateries and bars to choose from and is buzzing on a weekend. The closest transport links are Clapham Junction Overground Station (15 minute walk, Zone 2), and Clapham South Underground Station, Northern Line (20 minute walk, Zone 3). Wandsworth Common is a 5 minute walk away, and Clapham Common 10 minutes. Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express are both just under 10 minute walk away, and there is a corner shop at the end of the road.
