Edie (F) and Cari (F) here! We're looking for a friendly young professional to replace Lisa in our flat. We're both young professionals and love the flat, Cari has lived here for a fair few years now!

We're a sociable flat and are looking for someone who is equally sociable. Our hobbies include: cooking, running, drinks with friends, watching reality tv and watching & playing a variety of sports. We like to hang out in the kitchen after work but are also respectful of each others space (not a party house). So we're looking for someone likeminded ☺️

A bit about the flat and room:
The flat is a 3 bedroom modern flat on Kings Avenue, nestled between Clapham and Brixton and is well-connected by bus and tube. The room is furnished with a double bed, built-in double wardrobes, built-in shelving and a desk. The room is very spacious and has two double windows. You will be sharing the bathroom with Edie (Cari has an en suite). The flat was refurbished around 5 years ago so the interior is modern and in good condition.

The kitchen and living space is also very spacious and has modern appliances (induction hob etc). The living space is furnished with a sofa, chairs, table and TV. There is lots of storage throughout the flat with storage cupboards in the kitchen and hallway.

Other features of the flat:
- secure cycle storage at the back of the building with CCTV monitoring and key code access.
- parking space available at an additional cost (you would just need to enquire with the estate agents).

The flat is really well connected with all the Clapham tube stations a 10-15 min walk away, as well as Brixton a 20 min walk away. The 137, 417 and 355 buses stop right outside the flat which is really handy. It's a 15 min walk to the delights of Clapham High Street with all it's bars, restaurants, shops and big Sainsbury's. Clapham Common is also a 15 min walk which is lovely in the summer. There is a Sainsbury's Local and Anytime Fitness at the end of our road and Tesco and Lidl are also an easy walk away.

Room price: £1040 per month. Bills are not included in rent and average about £150 per month (council tax, broadband, gas and electricity, TV licence and water). Move in date would be 14th September, but there's potential to move in earlier as Lisa may be moving in August.
