Our lovely flatmate is moving countries 🇺🇸 so we (both 30 and 31y/o and female) are looking for someone to take over a room from 1st September or shortly after🎊

The flat 🏠
First and second floor flat in a lovely part of Clapham/Battersea, 15 mins max from both Clapham Junction and Clapham South, with lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby (August bakery is the absolute best 🥐) , plus easy to commute to various parts of London! Spacious shared living room and separate, spacious kitchen. Clapham Common is right at the end of the road.

💰 Rent is £1,100 a month, bills are not included in the rent and can range anywhere between £80 to £130 per month (as with all bills, subject to change). This includes water, energy, wifi and council tax (Wandsworth Council Tax Band E - so one of the cheapest in London!)
We have a private landlord.

The room: 🛌
The room is the only bedroom on the first floor with the other two rooms being on the second/loft floor. It’s gets sun all year round ☀️ and never gets too cold being the middle floor. The room comes with a small double bed, desk, and the drawers and side table pictured. A big wardrobe with mirror so plenty of room to store clothing, suitcases etc. This room also comes with your own private bathroom 🚿which includes a shower and a sink (pictured) as well as your own toilet next to it.

👯‍♀️ Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a professional, preferably female and around a similar age to us (but open to anyone we think would be a good fit). We’re looking for someone who can contribute to a calm, homely vibe 💕. We’ve all got our own things going on, and are often out and about or travelling - but really value being able to come home, and enjoy each others company over a TV show, chat in the kitchen, or a glass of wine. 🍷 We also like to make sure to keep a tidy home 🧼

Lizzie - Hello 🤗 I'm 31 years old, half British/ half German. I love exploring London, going on adventures, going to gigs, definitely a foodie and love cooking, going to the gym, yoga, reading, and I also travel a fair bit so I can be away around once a month. I currently work part-time alongside doing somatic therapy training, so my work and routine is a bit eclectic right now! I'm working towards self-employment, where I'll be working both online from home and outside the house. Some days I'm in, others I'm out. I'm laid back, open-minded and friendly person. When I'm home I love to relax and a comfortable vibe where we can be ourselves and hopefully also enjoy spending time together would be great 😊

Hi I’m Vanessa! - 30 and yet another kiwi in Clapham - original I know. 😅 I work hybrid office/home as a service designer which keeps me busy during the week. Love spending my down time on the weekends relaxing, reading or cooking good food 🥘 my usual spot is August bakery around the road each weekend for some truly gorgeous baked goods 🥖 , If I’m not home I’ll be out and about with the kiwis exploring London and abroad ✈️ hoping to find a flatmate that equally enjoys a bit of trashy tv and a glass of wine 🍷
