Room in Clapham Flat - Huge Roof Terrace

Located only 1 min away from Wandsworth Road overground station, and 10-15min away from Clapham Common, and Clapham North underground stations. I'm looking for someone to take the 2nd bedroom of this unique 2 bedroom flat situated in an old Victorian pub.

The flat has huge high ceilings throughout, and a lovely open plan kitchen living room layout.

There is an *amazing* roof terrace thats absolutely huge providing views of central London and Battersea Power Station - perfect for the nice weather, and hosting bbq's or friends round.

The room is small, and drawer space is somewhat limited - but there should be enough room for someone with a relatively small amount of belongings. I'm more than happy to provide you with extra storage cupboards outside the bedroom also.

You'll be living with me, Kieran, a 28 year old software engineer from Scotland. I've lived in (SW) London for about 3 and a half years now, and am loving my time here. I'm sociable, and have a busy social life out and about.

I'm looking for someone in their 20s or 30s who I'll get on well with, is clean and tidy, and who is happy socialising with each other, but also has their own thing going on at times too.

I work from home a couple days a week on the desk in the living room. The room would be suited to someone who doesn't regularly need to work from home, however if I'm not around the desk is all yours to use.

Included is all bills, council tax, and a biweekly cleaner.

I'm very flexible, but I'm looking to rent the room who is looking to take the room for a max 6 months for now - but I'd be open to making that longer if things go well!

I'll be doing viewings starting Saturday 9th August, and the weeks after that too.
