We are Rony, Ali and Dora we have a fantastic large room for professionals to join us in our spacious 4-bedroom house, with a lovely garden. The house is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from Clapham South station and a short distance from bus stops. You will find Abbeville Road and Clapham High Street nearby, with plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, shops and clubs. Our house featured a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, connected to a spacious living room and dining area. Additionally, there is one separate toilet, one bathroom and a big garden.
The room comes with a spacious three door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed with a comfortable mattress.

The available room can be yours for 800 per month. excluding bills. Typically, the bills amount to range £105-£125 per month depending on heating, covering energy, council tax, internet, water. We also chip in cleaning products which is £15 each to keep the house at a good standard of cleaning. All tenants will have access to view the bills for transparency.

We are seeking a housemate who is clean, responsible, sociable, and values a homely atmosphere. It is not just about having an occupied room, but creating a warm and friendly environment. We love exploring the local attractions in Clapham together and enjoy spending time in the living room, while also respecting each other´s privacy. The room will be available from the 10th of September, and we are accepting viewings in person only.
