Double bedroom available in spacious ground floor Clapham flat. Good-sized separate kitchen and living room with a small balcony overlooking a green area. Separate toilet and bathroom. Only the bed is included with the room, remaining furniture is not! There is a storage cupboard and tumble dryer located in the hallway.

Two wonderfully lovely housemates that are music-orientated as a performer/touring musician and a journalist, and two precious little black cats called Toothless and Anubis. You will not be expected to contribute to vet-related expenses, as I will continue to do so after I move out as I'm hoping to collect Anubis at a later date! Toothless is super anti-social, skittish, and majorly attached to one specific housemate and is outside a lot. Anubis is much more sociable and loves to lay between your feet when you're in the kitchen cooking.

15 minute walk to Clapham South station with great connections into central London, plus a Big Tesco next to the station. A smaller Co-Op and Sainsbury's two roads over.

Bills amount to around an additional £120 (council tax band B included).

My move-out date is flexible and negotiable, but will be mid-December earliest. Please get in contact if you are interested! Really sad to be leaving after 4 years, and would love to give my room to someone equally as in awe about the area and location.
