I am moving out of my room & looking for someone to replace me on the lease. The current lease runs until the end of January & after that, the current housemates will be renewing for another 12 months.
Room is available from mid / late September with some flexibility on dates.
Rent: £1,205 paid monthly.

Bills: ~£150 / month including council tax, WiFi, water, gas & electricity.
About the House/Room
The room is in a new build 3 bed 4 bath house just off Kings Avenue (SW4 8BH). Given it’s a new build it’s very well insulated and warm during winter months (EPC rating of 89 / B). The room itself is large with enough space for a large desk, chair and double bed. The room also has 2 floor-to-ceiling windows which let in lots of natural light. The room also has a built in wardrobe. Desk & chair pictured are not included.
Downstairs is a modern kitchen with all modern appliances (2 ovens, induction hob, full length fridge, full length freezer & wine fridge). Open plan living room with table/chairs, big sofa & TV. Downstairs toilet in hallway.

Generally it’s quite a relaxed house during the week & we’ll watch tv in the evenings together. At weekends, generally out exercising, socialising or relaxing at home.
