Room available in Clapham South 💗

Double room with ensuite available from 4th April in Clapham South, 2 mins walk from the station! Our flatmate is sadly moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over the current and next lease. The current lease finishes in June 2026, with the next running until June 2027.

The room is £1000 + bills (£80-100pcm), it’s a lovely sunny double furnished room.

There’s a big tesco, sainsburys and m&s all two mins walk away, as well as the common very close by.

You’ll be living with Charlie (28) who’s a social worker and me (27) who works in Graphic Design. We’re looking for someone of a similar age, who’s clean and tidy to become a friend not just a flatmate! We both have quite busy schedules but love a chill night in during the week/ meal and drinks out 🫶
