URGENT Ensuite room available in Clapham South 💗

We’ve had a very last min drop out for the room so we’re looking to find a new flatmate asap, with a move in date of between 7th- 10th April.

Double room with ensuite available from 7th April in Clapham South, 2 mins walk from the station! Our flatmate is sadly moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over the next lease. The current lease finishes in June 2026, with the next running until June 2027.

The room is £1000 + bills (£80-100pcm), it’s a lovely sunny double furnished room.

There’s a big tesco, sainsburys and m&s all two mins walk away, as well as the common very close by.

You’ll be living with Charlie (28) who’s a social worker and me (27) who works in Graphic Design. We’re looking for someone of a similar age, who’s clean and tidy to become a friend not just a flatmate! We both have quite busy schedules but love a chill night in during the week/ meal and drinks out 🫶

We’ll be having viewings this week, please only organise a viewing if you’d be happy to sign onto the room asap, as we’re looking to get this sorted by the end of the week!
