Room available in Clapham South 💗

Double room with ensuite available from 28th September in Clapham South, 2 mins walk from the station! Our flatmate is sadly moving out of London so we’re looking for someone to take over the lease, lasting until June 2026 with the hope to extend.

The room is £1000 + bills (£80-100pcm), it’s a lovely sunny double furnished room.

The flat is spacious with a large sunny kitchen and living room! There is a big tesco, sainsburys and m&s all two mins walk away, as well as the common very close by.

You’ll be living with Charlie (27) who’s a social worker and me (26) who works in graphic design. We are looking for someone of a similar age, who’s clean and tidy to become a friend not just a flatmate! We both have quite busy schedules but love a chill night in during the week 🫶
